The Greely Badminton Club (GBC) is a non-profit recreational badminton club. The GBC was started in January 2012 to fulfill a perceived need for recreational badminton in Greely, Metcalfe, Osgoode, and the surrounding areas. The Club is for players of all ages from beginners to the advanced level.
In its inaugural session, the club started to play on Tuesdays. We have also added additional days based on demand. Being a flexible club, we continue to develop schedules and structures. If there is a need other days may be added.
We are affiliated with Ottawa District Badminton Association.

Season: September - May, approximately 30-33 weeks.
Playing Time: Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Metcalfe) and Thursdays 8:00-10:00 pm (Findlay Creek)
If there is interest, others days may be possible.
Courts: 4 plus
Locations: (1) Osgoode Township High School, Metcalfe and (2) Vimy Ridge Public School, Findlay Creek
Members: Maximum 40 per day
Others: All play doubles unless numbers permit otherwise.
Bring your own rackets. The club provides shuttles.
Drop-In Status: Accepted if space is available.
Fee - app. $75 (We employ a flexible fee structure according to the number of members to cover the cost).
